PR670 Economic Studies For Real Estate

The Assignment should be completed by students working in groups, the recommended group size is two or at most three.

The assignment will contribute 30% to the marks available for PR670 and will be distributed in class shortly after mid semester.

The assignment will require the use of Excel or an equivalent software application. It is assumed that all students have completed an introduction to Excel (or equivalent).
