YOUNG PROPERTY GROUP (YPG)
The Property Student Association (PSA) is a group of students who meet monthly with lectures from the property group to discuss current issues which have arisen within the course. As well as this the group organise a number of annual events such as; the 'Yarra Booze Cruise' and a pub night. Both these events attract people of all ages within the industry, encouraging interaction of all within the property field.
The group structure consists of a student president and treasure (fourth year students) and representatives from each of the below years first year and third year who interact with their peers giving regular feedback.
The Young Property Group (YPG) is a group which operates in a similar nature, representing 18 to 30 year olds in the property industry. It predominantly consists of graduates of the course, providing an infrastructure for those that have recently entered the industry. It is the link between the course (students), graduates (industry) and the property governing body (AIVLE).
